Idc Leads.com ripoff did not furnish prepaid services, did not refund proper amount. Port Saint Lucie Florida
On July 8 2004 we signed a contract and paid $2000.00 to IDC Leads.com for purchase of their "bulk lead" program. We expected to receive 20 "qualified" new patient leads as a result of this Telemarketing program
Between July 26, 2004 and October 18, 2004 IDC Leads.com scheduled 21 leads for us All but two of those leads were either "no shows", canceled appointments, or non-qualified leads based on the criteria set up at the onset of the program.
As per instructed by IDC Leads.com we emailed them regarding the status of every lead generated, as well as our concern about how poorly the program was working.
In review we paid $2000.00 in advance for twenty "qualified" leads. Based on those figures our cost for the two qualified leads we received should have been $200.00. IDC Leads.com has refunded us $950.00, leaving our expense for two qualified leads $1050.00 or $525.00 for each!
Upon questioning IDC Leads.com regarding their absurd calculations we were informed that they were unaware of all of the cancelled and no show appointments. They also insist that we owe them for a "data base" that they provided us with. Please note that no place on the IDC Leads.com agreements does it mention we would be charged for a "data base", nor did we ever request a data base and we even questioned them as to why we were getting it, and what we should do with it.
IDC Leads.com has refused to refund us the additional $850.00 that we have requested from them. The bottom line is very clear to us; we paid $2000.00 for twenty "qualified" patient leads. IDC Leads.com has provided us with two "qualified" leads. Our cost for these two leads should be $200.00.
