IDC Servco - Superior Office Products ripoff, dishonest sales, misrepresentatsion, fraudulent billing Culver City California
This is a fraudulent scam in which a sales rep will notify your office and claim to be your "printer/copier supplier". They will say the price of toner is going up, and that you need to sign a confirmation of the new price. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS IS A REQUEST FOR AN ORDER! They will fax you a bogus form requesting your signature. They will then charge your company and send you unrequested products.
If you call their headquarters, they will possibly offer to rectify the situation by picking up the unwanted or unrequested products.
Beware, they will catch off guard and may even go to the extent of acquiring the actual company name of the supplier name, and your rep. BEWARE!
