IDC Dervco started sending toner cartridges that our company didn't order. They then sent invoices for outrageous amounts that we owed them. When the invoices arrived we had an new admin in the office who processed the bill and sent it to our corporate office. The invoice got paid. We still received invoices about every week for months saying the invoice was never paid.

After a while of sending these invoices to corporate the admin thought it was unusual that this bill wasn't paid. She found out that our company had paid IDC many times for the same invoice. IDC wouldnt return the money. They succeeded in ripping us off. The manager of our company informed the admin that our company provides the toner cartridges free of cost and we would never order them. All together we were scammed out of $8000 for cartridges that we didnt order. IDC is still calling our office to try to get more money for cartridges. Why is this comapny still able to be in business?
