IDCSERVCO Fraudulent Toner Sales Scam Artists Huntington Beacch California
Yesterday afternoon I went to the site of the company that we lease our office machine from. I sent them a message saying that we are out of toner and to please let me know how to order more. This morning we receive a call from this rip off company IDCSERVCO (West Coast Distribution). The person claimed their name was Jay Davis. We also have a new Secretary who detected right away something didn't seem right with this guy. She asked me if we had ordered toner and I assumed it was a call to confirm the fact that we needed toner so I told her it was ok. She even asked the guy if he was the distributor for our office equipment company and he said yes. He then said he would fax us an order confirmation that needs to be signed and faxed back.
When she showed me the fax and I saw that it had a price of 349.00 on it I knew that she was right. Something was very wrong. All of our supplies are included with the lease. So I called our equipment company and they verified that they were rip offs and that this is not the first time they have received complaints about this company. These people need to be stopped!
