IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES, AUSTIN, TEXAS. ARCHIE CHEATHAM, A CHEAT
THE BUILDER FORGOT TO SUPPLY INSULATION INTO THE ATTIC OF OUR NEW HOME. WE WERE WITHOUT INSULATION FOR APPROX. 6 MONTHS, WITH HIGH UTILITY BILLS. THE BUILDER SAID HE WOULD HELP WITH THE HIGH UTILITY BILLS, HE LATER REFUSED TO PAY THE WHAT HE HAD COMMITTED TO EARLIER.

Mr. Pardo's statements are 90% fraudulent, only the fact I omitted the blown attic insulation at the time of move in is true. My company reimbursed Mr. Pardo 130% of any potential energy losses. It is a shame such a bitter person can so easily slander my Company. Please see my web site or better visit one of my homes. I build far above average homes. Please contact me for a complete list of my satisfied owners. FYI Mr. Pardo sold his home 9 (nine) months after his purchase for a tiddy $10,000.00 profit. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE BUYING A HOME IN THE AUSTIN AREA NOT BUY A HOME BUILT BY IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES. IN ADDITION TO NOT PAYING US WHAT HE PROMISED, WE HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS IN GETTING THE BUILDER TO BRING THE HOME TO ACCEPTABLE CONDITION.
