IDEX Total Scam - thought we were purchasing Stihl mini chainsaws for trimming bushes etc. Bensenville IL
This place is a total scam. We thought we were purchasing mini Stihl chainsaws for trimming small branches and bushes. The only thing we received were the chains in little pouches. They won't refund the money. Offered a 5% refund. We paid $55.98. It took months to get the chains. They must be located in China because there is all kinds of Chinese writing on the emails.
