Idobouquets.com It Happened AGAIN!!! Roanoke Alabama
Its a d**n shame that people like this can get up in the morning and not feel any shame. after attempts of calling and calling the one time when the chick does picks up the phone she said that she was real busy because of
"HOME COMING" what ever that is. and she ask if the order could be pushed back. i said no problem and waited another two weeks. then i get pissed. after tons of calling and a e-mail or to still no response. then i decided to investigate this company and finnaly i find that there are others that are being ripped off as well. the fishy part is when she does pick up the phone that one time i called she said that in the front they are a regular flowershop too. well why hustle silk flowers on the side i say to myself. Im pissed. my wife to be is pissed and i want to take a trip down there and demand my money back. everyone says that they have reported this company but has anyone actually gotten any money back? please. i know itlooks too good to be true but it is. this is the first time this has ever happened to me and at a terrible time with one month left until the wedding we have to find something else. do not...I repeat. Do not order anything from this bull@$%$^ company.

I finally got my flowers. they never answered the phone when i called but when i made a claim on paypal against them, not less then a hour later. they called me and asked if i still wanted it. i said yes and two days later i got them. im just glad they finally came. i feel sorry for those who didnt get theres. I suggest that if you purchase anything from online companies like this one, you should use paypal. they will make sure they pay you or you get your stuff. they honestly need to be more proffesional and answer the phones.

You will have to file a chargeback with your credit card company. Idobouquets will fight the charge back (and may even tell people that you are lying about not getting money back). If you read their comments on my report on here from them you can see that it will be a fight to get your money back. I got my bridemaids flowers from usifloral.com They were inexpensive and cute, they also shipped fast. So if you need something on a budget they are good. (Our wedding only cost us under $1500 so the $20 order from Idobouquets was over 1% of our wedding cost, also it was my bouquet so their comments on my post shows how insensitive they are) I apparently am 'harassing' them over 'only $17' when that 'only $17' was my bouquet!
