This company claims to provide downloadable software to jailbreak iPhones. After you pay for the software you must log in to download. When you try to download, another paymentis required as if you had never paid. There is no phone or chat available.
The only contact option is email, and they do not provide a solution. They answered my first email with a response that was not logical, and have not answered any emails afterwards. I've requested support and gotten no reply, and requested a refund and gotten no reply.
Do not use PayPal for this software! They accept PayPal payments, and reports from other scammers show that PayPal is not backing refunds for complaints.

I paid iEquity for software via PayPal. After multiple requests for help without a solution, I sent an email to iEquity requesting a full refund. Then I included a copy of my email when I filed my complaint via PayPal's website. Within 3 days I was notified by PayPal that the full amount had been refunded to my PayPal account. I received no email reply from iEquity, but when I logged in to PayPal to view the complaint status,the notes said iEquity had refunded the charges. I still believe that iEquity is accepting funds for software that is not being delivered or supported. Had I not followed through and pressed for a refund, they'd still have my money.
