I needed an evaluation of my transcript from Africa and I saw their website on the list of evalaution companies approved by the NACES (National association of credential evaluation service). They appeared to be genuine since they said they have 43 years of experience.
I paid all the fees for the evaluation and sent my transcript but now they don't want to evaluate that. First they said that my transcript doesn't appear official they need the official transcript. I forwarded emails from my school to them proving that the transcript was official. Then they said they want it directly from the school. The school emailed them with the transcript and the school asked them to accept that since they don't send international mails.
The ierf people don't want to accept that. They are giving one problem then the other just because they are a scam.
People stay away from them all they do is take your money then you are screwed!!
