For longer than 45 days, iFit has not had a working website to offer to its members. An apparent upgrade that has resulted in effectivelty, a `downgrade` for its users was not thought out or planned properly to limit the inconvenience caused.
Their iFit Live Facebook page has been constantly bombarded with comments of discontent and frustration, one week after another and with no end in sight is likely to continue for quite some time to come. A nine day pre-notice given of 12 January for this to be working has now been missed and information posted to the effect of no current ETA.
Besides being the biggest embarrassment in the history of modern technology, they continue to promote and sell products with Google Maps which clearly is not a functioning aspect of this product.
I wsh iFit every success in putting this right - but public awareness is a big priority when spending a large sum of money when products do not work as advertised.
