IGIA ONLINE RIPPED ME OFF! The worst thing you can od is order from them. Representation of IGIA is horrible and their customer service sucks too. NICHOLASVILLE KENTUCKY
Igia online ripped me off I was actually searching for a way to contact igia itself to inform them of the problem!
I purchased the permanent kiss system from this company It was a disappointing purchase because that system sucks it tastes bad and overall is not a good product. It does cake on the lips and crack so they are fake!
Now on top of thatwhen you purchase this system you are told that you get a 30 day money back guarantee...that is a crock of bull!
I paid 40.00 for the system and expected that I would receive 40.00 back they are liars and I would love it if this letter could somehow find its way to the actual company because they need to be informed that this company is ripping people off in their name!
They told me that my refund would be 29.95 I paid 40.00 and they are telling me that they do not refund the shipping and handling so you pay 40.00 and they give you back 10.00 less than what you paid for the system how is that a 30 day money back guarantee???? I am going to report them to the better business bureau because a company like igia online is highly fraudulent and they do not care about their customers I will never do business with them again.....I am seeking legal counsel to recover my loss and I suggest anyone else who has been ripped off by this company do the same!
