This may help others get their refund. I found out that our local TV station had interviewed someone on this IGIA vacuum. I contacted them & was given a persons name at the cable company. She then gave me a number to the Media Director @ IGIA - Susan Levy - ph# 212-575-0500 x148. I called, left a message & to my surprise she returned my call. I have 2 email addresses (not sure if any good, no response back on those) [email protected] or [email protected] I explained my story & she said I would have my money within 2 weeks (how many of us have heard that) Well it was true. I received my money May 2006. I put it on hold at my credit union for 10days. I actually received the cost of the vacuums + filters + their shipping & handling charges = total received back $174.82. Exactly what I paid. Only money I'm out now is the shipping charge to send the vacuums back to them. I tried the Attorney Generals office, I tried a dispute form with my credit card company (I probably was to late to file, but if done right away would produce results) I tried BBB.
