I purchased IGIA Epil Stop and Spray locally. I had seen it on TV and was impressed but I never order anything directly from a TV commercial. I waited until I found it at a local store. I followed the directions but the spray did nothing but burn and itch. It did not remove any hair at all from my legs. Some spots actually developed sores and eventually scabs. It was awful. I thought maybe it was just something wrong with the one I got but after surfing this site I found I'm not the only one that has had adverse effects from it and absolutely no positive effects.

My wife used this product a while back and ended up having to leave work and spend the rest of the day in bed because she was wracked with pain! She said that when her pant leg would rub against her leg it felt like someone was slapping a sunburn! This product may work very well for some people, but from what I have seen there are an awful lot of people who wish they had never heard of the stuff. Consumer advice: there are reasons why certain products are not marketed in the traditional ways (like on the shelves of a store), usually it's because the product is just no good or it is grossly overpriced.

I've tried this product and it didn't live up to any of the claims. I had bought it and it smelled like Nair and burned. If I wanted that then I would have spent a forth of what this product costs.

Young lady, Kim, Your logic is bass ackwards. The presumption, based on the advertising, is that it is a wonderful product. Therefore, it only takes one contrary testimonial to repudiate the universality of the ascertion, not the other way around. To top it off, there are 450 complaints and reports to your measley little one. What do you have to say to that? You better get up a little earlier to do battle with the big boys! I too saw the advertisement for the product on television and purchased it in a store. I was amazed as to how well it worked. I used it on my legs, face and underarms. I have had no reaction to this product at all. Maybe the person above should stop and realize that everyone's skin type is different and she may not be able to use it. It doesn't mean that the product is bad. Think before you try to slam a company.

I've noticed someone has been responding with supposedly positive results to the complaints on this product. It seems to be random as not all complaints have been responded to in this manner. I have a feeling it is the same person doing this. Just wondered why?

I was completely amazed at how well it worked.

I saw the Epil Stop ad on television, so I went out and bought me some to see just how well it worked. I was completely amazed at how well it worked. It removed my hair a lot easier and faster than shaving. Thank you very much for this new, and easy way to get rid of unwanted hair.
