IGIA Ripoff ignores request for order cancellation and refund New York New York
I ordered a Wind Storm Vacuum on the internet late in November 2005 and was unhappy with how the order processed. (I was given no option to have the second vacuum to my son in another state.) I phoned and cancelled on Dec.12, before the vacuum was shipped. I was charged 229.93 on my credit card. Though I have called at least 10 times, been on hold as long as 1.5 hours, as of today 3/14/2006, I have not received a refund.

I am now trying to file a small claims court grievance against IGIA. I tried sending certified mail to the 11 West 42nd St address, which is on SEC filings and it was returned. I phoned their corporate office today and got cut off. They have another address at 521 5th Avenue, 20th Floor, NY< NY 10175 which we will try next.
