I mistakenly ordered an IGIA ElectroSize from their website. The product was defective. When IGIA was contacted, each time their computer systems were down and they were unable to authorize a return or credit of the product.

This happened 3x. I then spoke with Alexis, ext. 161, who was supposed to be the highest supervisor for IGIA who refused to authorize a return as the 30 days had passed

by the time I finally was able to speak with someone.

The product never worked and is a complete rip off. I understand several of IGIA's products have been recalled but have been unable to find out any information for this product.

Either way, the customer service reps at IGIA were rude, dishonest, and misinformed. Each person gave me a different story and misquoted company policies.

I have not given up trying to get a refund from this company. Do NOT buy any IGIA products at all. The claims made in the advertisements are false, misleading, and totally untrue.
