Igor Kantamir Sold me a defective Iphone & does not answer calls. Not immediatly obvious, but touch errattic & Bluetooth faulty. Vancouver British Columbia

Met guy (eastern european decent) downtown Vancouver to buy unlocked Iphone 6 listed on Craigslist listing id 6182661659. Was listed pretty much the going rate. Phone was minus charger, earbuds and case and was in bubble wrap package. He gave his name as Igor Kantamir (more likely fake).
We inserted my sim card, powered up and logged in. I asked if there where any issues or was stolen and he replied in the negative. Then I phoned him on his cell and took his pic. All seemed well, except that the touch screen stopped working at one point and gave him back the phone. He pressed power button twice rapidly and all appeared to be fine again. Did not happen again while we concluded the transaction, about 10 minutes.
When I got home the next day (with the phone safely packed in my bag all the time) I factory reset the phone and loaded all my software. The phone started having the touch problem intermittantly as time progressed. It got progressively worse over the next day or two and started to radomly pressing things even though not touching phone. At one stage got pretty much unuseable. I later discovered the bluetooth does not work either.
After three or four days enduring this infuriating phone, I phoned him back using another number and he hung up on me as soon as he heard my voice.
I searched the internet and found the intermitant touch issue to be quite prevalent for Iphone 6's. It appears to be a poor soldering job (or board/ic flex) on the touch IC's during manufacture. I am an elctronic tech with many years experiance, so not an idiot with this stuff. I have since bought the parts and fixed the issue myself.
He definetly knew this was a problem and he found an idiot, me. He was very lucky the problem did not show up again and I was too trusting ... still mad I got duped.
