Live Chat Transcript - entire bottle of gummies for kids included in the order was melted into one glob. these were purchased and shipped during a cold front across the US. first time I bought the gummies from them. perhaps their warehousing is exposed to extreme heat, destroying the products I've been buying (at over $100 per order) for years now. How unethical. Never received the return label despite this chat and emails sent to them.
robin: Hello. I received my order. the Hero gummies are entirely melted to one side of the
bottle. it has been very cool the past three days here. based on this, I am
assuming everything was exposed to very high heat before arriving here

robin: seriously? the entire bottle of gummies is melted into one lump and they are fine? all of
them have recommended storage temperatures - none of them could possibly
withstand those temperatures and remain intact.
