I was a very good customer of iHerb's, spending about 30 dollars per month until my orders went missing. I was once given a store credit (minus the international shipping cost, so I lost money) after having waited around 2 months for an order that did not arrive, so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and made a new order or 2, only to have another shipment or 2 go missing. My latest missing order was made on 22 September 2017 and now it is 16th January 2018 with no sign of an order, a credit or a refund. It was bought with a store credit, so the original charge was probably over 6 months ago now and too long ago to request a chargeback with the bank. After the first problems, I repeatedly requested more reliable shipping but was not given any other option.

I have tried politely requesting a solution from iHerb, only to receive non-helpful, robotic responses without my questions being answered. It is incredibly frustrating. At one time I was told I would be partially refunded, and then a later response withdrew this offer. I have yet to receive any products or reimbursement for my 22 September 2017 order.

Getting a solution or sense from iHerb is like getting blood from a stone, so at the end of my tether, I have resorted to writing this ripoff report. I have lost my money and a great deal of time and effort spent in trying to get my much-deserved refund, and iHerb has lost a good customer.

I feel that iHerb has completely ripped me off because I have no order and no money with no reimbursement after almost 4 months. 

Please do not order from iHerb unless you are prepared to lose your money. Their shipping methods are non-trackable, unreliable and all they tell you is that you must wait for it to be returned to their warehouse (for months on end) with no idea of when that will happen and no tracking.

If your order is lost or stolen, so is your money with iHerb. Getting a refund is pretty much impossible.  Shame on iHerb for the hassle they have given me.
