When I received my November phone bill, there was a charge for $15.40 for Voice Messaging services. I do not remember ordering this service, nor would I ever use a service of this type. I called the company and they insisted that I did in fact order this service. The phone company also contacted them and notified me that because I did order this, I was responsible for the payment.

I tried reasoning with the company, to no avail. I think what happened is - I had gone into the internet and maybe into their website by mistake and somehow they misconstrued this as an order. I am in the process of contacting them to send me a copy of the alleged e-mail responsible for this order.

The cost is not that much, it's the principle of the matter. I do not want to pay for something I don't think I ordered or that I know nothing about.
