ILD Teleservices Inc ripoff Ponte Vedra Beach Florida
When they offered their "trial" internet listing service it was done in such a way that I didn't know I had subscribed to anything. I would never use this service anyway, especially for $29.95 a month!!
Approxiamtely 2 months later I had a charge of $29.95 for Monthly Services. I had a whale of a time reaching a human. Called several times and held in excess of 20 minutes each time. There is a recording that states I can leave my contact information & someone will return my call. No one ever does.
I FINALLY reached a HUMAN, cancelled the service, have the confirmation number & all.
This month I have ANOTHER $29.95 charge on my phone bill and I have to go through all this again!!
I just now hung up after holding in excess of 15 minutes. I have sent an email to their billing department. It will be interesting to see what happens.
