ILD Teleservices ripoff scam Addison Texas
My name is Rebecca Wallin. I had changed my long distance carrier to AT&T back in February because of an international calling plan so I would be able to talk to my husband overseas. After changing carriers, I saw one bill stating AT&T as my long distance carrier. It had automatically changed to ILD Teleservices without my consent or knowing.
Since then I have not been able to get in touch with them to have it cancelled. They charge me approximately $15.00 a month for voice mail in which I pay only $4.95 to my local carrier. So I'm paying for a service I never wanted.
I am furious that this has happened to others and not just me. I can't afford to throw money at a company that just rips people off. I would like to be given a full refund of all the money this company has taken from me. Thank You.
