ILD Teleservices ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Internet
I received a extra charge of $16.85 on my monthly telephone bill under miscellaneous charges. When I called the number provided for the extra charge, the company called ILD Teleservices Inc, they told me that someone signed up with their company over the internet.
They told me that it was sent from my home computer and that they sent me a confirmation number to my e-mail. I never received an e-mail from their company. I never signed up for something as stupid as this. My husband and I both have cell phones, why would I sign up for a voice mail on my home phone, we also have an answering machine.
They told me that I could not refund the set up fee, but they would never charge us again for this service. I don't understand why we were charged in the first place my husband and I never sign up for anything on the internet that involves our phone. They told me that they would block our e-mail address from being able to sign up with their company again.
