I too had unauthorized charges to my phone bill from a provider called UKI Communciations. ILD handles the billing for this provider plus various others. I sent an e-mail to ILD explaining that I did not authorize this provider and in addition there were phone calls charged to me that I did not make. ILD responded immediately telling me they had blocked further charges to my bill and would credit my account for all charges. Hopefully this is a done deal and I will know when I receive the next bill.
