Imagewarehouse1 - Imageex.com - Image Warehouse eBay Ink Carrier Incorrect HP ink cartridges sent as replacements for ink cartridges ordered and incorrect quantity.. they will not respond to me, ebay or paypay. Will not confirm returned ink so I can get refund! Ogelsby, Illinois
Purchased three HP black cartridges from seller on ebay and promptly paid with PayPal. When the ink arrived there were only 2 cartridges in package and they were COLOR not black with a note that said " sorry ran out, doubled your order with color ink" ...this is incorrect because I paid for 3 black ink cartridges and there were only 2 color ones in the package,not to mention our printer does not use COLOR ink. These were useless to me and if they had only let me know I would have requested a refund instead of sending me something I can't use and cheating me on it.
I tried emailing them, calling them, no response.. Filed a claim with ebay and Paypal. I was told to send them color ink back and I'll get a refund of my $38.97. I mailed them back but delivery confirmation will not reach the actual location and I can't get refund until it shows ink was taken back to Image Warehouse. I think they are refusing it there. So frustrated and still out ink and $40.
They won't respond to anyone! Terrible Ebay Seller and worst I've dealt with!
And it looks like I'm not the only one they have screwed over.
