I bought Earphone of Company (BOAT) from Amazon.com on 26th April 2019, But In June the earphone stopped working, So I mailed to Boat official website, Then They mailed me that" Your product will be picked up by BlueDart courier in 2 days and will be replaced once reached to Us". As My product was In warranty.
After one day the BlueDart courier pick up boy picked my product (Earphone) with Waybill no. 69686539635, And when Product delivered to company they are not mailing me for any fault or about replacement of My product, Today 10 days have passed but no response even The phone no. Given on official site is invalid and the mail id is also invalid.
I don't know what should I do, And This fraudness have done my many customers, You can read their request on site of boat.
