Called to see if there was an opening for the weekend so that I could buy a groupon. The receptionist was really rude on the phone but I booked anyways (i should have gone with my gut on this one)....
We showed up 10 minutes prior to our appt only to wait over 30 minutes for them to get us paper work and get started with our 'Swedish Massages' the email notification I have said "Swedish Massage with heat and aromatherapy" The guy that performed my massage barely touched me the whole '50' minutes of the massage. I honestly think that a five year old could have done better job but that's my opinion.
There was NO Aromatherapy used, NOR hot towels/rocks etc that would be considered 'heat'.
When I asked if we were done (because it didn't seem like an hour at all) he replied "Yes all you get is 50 minutes" and walked out of the room.
The facial was good and the pedicure was mediocre but the lady was so nice. They don't have spa tubs for your feet they are done in bowls which felt unsanitary.
I left a comment card asking a manager to call me which she did but was super awkward when I first picked up. I explained to her what happened and she said she would get back with me soon which she didn't. I took it upon myself to email the company and request further action... This is a copy of the last email I was sent which is ABSURD!!!
