Ladies and Gentlemen,

I think I have a rather unusual plan with which to exact revenge on Imergent aka Storesonline. This involves hitting them where it counts the most...in their investors interests.

My plan for all of you is as complex as it is easy. I strongly recommend contacting all the major Stock Brokers. I would also recommend contacting their top three Institutional Holders who are:

The below own collectively 1.5 million shares of stock

Goldman Capital Management Inc.

Wellington Management Company Llp.

Fidelity Management & Research Corp.

You can view and find other Institutional and Major Holders by visiting Yahoo Finance and typing in IIG into the Stock Locator then look for Major Holders in the Left Side Bar. Contact all of them if you feel led to. The more the better.

I would also recommend contacting Nasdaq and Amex (American Stock Exchange). Amex handles Imergent Stocks.

Get your personal horror stories out there to as many stock brokers as you can. Let them know about ripoffreport.com and other such complaint sites. Let them see the kind of company they are selling. My thinking is that they really have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. Knowledge is power and your power is in the spoken and written word. The time is ripe for an all out communications blitz. When Imergent's price per share has dwindled to almost nothing, you in effect damage their cash flow significantly.

I would also strongly recommend visiting and joining one of the busiest forums devoted to this company at Yahoo Finance. Let them know your seperate stories of being taken advantage of. Yahoo Finance IIG's Forum is full of apparent and seemingly representitives of Imergent/Storesonline whose primary goal is to create a buying frenzy to the unaware investor. They permiate that forum with vigor and with vengence trying to get people onboard with Imergent IIG. You will clearly see that there are more than a passing interest in Imergent by those that support their continued schemes. Up to and including insulting opponents, unanswered questions and other such methods of avoidance and trickery. So, by telling your stories there, you will create a fair and balanced forum for anyone looking for a small cap company to invest in. Yahoo Finance is easily found and getting a sign in for them is also easy.

The bottom line is simple. Do not, repeat do not limit yourselves to one or two venues in getting your stories out there. Contact the appropriate Government offices, local newspapers, television stations, stock forums, stock brokers and basically anyone or any venue that would and can reach a large number of constituancy and audiences. Make your communications wide spread then watch the wildfire you create consume Imergent in a blaze of destruction.

Thank you for taking the time to read my report. I hope I have given you something to think about and other avenues to persue.

There is nothing illegal about exercizing your rights to free speech. As long as you tell the truth about your experiences, you can tell as many people as you want. If you have not settled and signed a Non Disclosure Agreement, then you are in the clear. And, just as an added note to all of this, Ripoffreport.com is a site you can trust implicitly. So tell your stories to as many individuals and businesses as possible. Avalanches begin with a single, small action. What Imergent banks on is that you all will lose your nerve then roll over and die. Do what they don't expect.

Is it illegal to do this anyway? It's a good idea because it hurts their bottom line and I like the way you think, silverstar.
