My simple objection is that this person is trying to file a ripoff report as a former employee. The site is meant to be used by customers who have been ripped off, not employees just mad at their employer. For this reason alone it should be removed, to preserve the site for use of consumers.

On May 27, 2011, I ordered part #
P000377270 CD-RW/DVD-ROM TEAC DW-224E-T4 G8CC0000Q810 as it appeared
on the Impact Computers website. I confirmed that the part was the TEAC drive
over the telephone with their representative to avoid any error. They
substituted K00025740 CD-RW/DVD-ROM which is not the part that I ordered,
nor was it an approved substitute. The only approved substitute is P000377280
CD-RW/DVD-ROM PANASONIC UJDA-740TB1-A. Needless to say, it does not work.
Their "substitution" policy is not apparent on the ordering page, nor
is it easily discoverable by examining their FAQ. Their representative Melissa gave
the following web page http://www.impactcomputers.com/iorpaandyous.htm. She
refused to browse there because, "it would take 10 clicks". The page
is also not easily discoverable, if at all, from the sitemap of Impact
Computers. Conversely, it appears prominently in the top right hand corner of their
invoice. I asked Yuri why the policy is so well hidden. He indicated that he
could not explain why, and would have the owner send me a message indicating
why this is so. The foregoing indicates that the "substitution policy is
hidden for all practical purposes until the goods arrive. That is dishonest.
