I don't know who you work for now but you were gotten rid of for a good reason if you no longer work for Impact.Impact merged it's companies and it's payroll divisions. They got me all the money that they owed me in backpay.I work for both sides of the company (Merchadising-Lowe's and Assembly-All other accounts) and have not had any problems with any payroll issues or anything with Impact since. No wussing out here brother.I'm just that d*** good of a DTL,RMS,Team Lead and assembly technician. When you see the company that has taken care of you has made a mistake in their paperwork and I held on to everything and still do to this day so that I can provide proof of money owed to me if something were to ever happen again with the payroll department. The company is more focused on it's field employees now more than ever before.I am just glad that the bad apples like you who try to talk down the company are now in the unemployment line.If you ever did any Lowe's resets then I'm sure you're one of the f...k ups whose s...t I've been cleaning up behind and making right for the past 4 years traveling all over the Southeastern region.

You have retracked what you sent in report #215687 , Why? You know it is totally true , they are still doing it now and did all of last year , not giving enough man hours on resets in the Lowe's stores and shafting folks out of time ,driving milage , per diems , etc. I was and still am a RSTL/trainer was Distric Team Lead for a while during changover this spring while the company layed off or fired top people D.M.s , Regionals , and some of the top reset specialist in the country becaused they balked at what the company was doing to them and thier team members . No overtime on most weeks work 50 hrs get paid 30 hrs because they figured a set wrong for time . No you were right, you just wussed out Sr

My name is Brian Tate and I was the district trainer of the company/companies mentioned in report # 215687.After I had written the report in 2006 the company I had worked for and still work for was in the middle of transitioning their pay roll departments of the merchandising division and the assembly division. After the transition was completed at the end of October of 2006 I received my back pay for mileage, travel time and all my commissioned assembly work.I have been working with them going on 7 years almost and ever since the end of the month of October of 2006 I have had no problems with my pay and I work for both sides of the company from time to time to help out with the merchandising division even though I am an assembly technician.I appologize for not getting with ripoffreport.com sooner than I have now but to be honest with you I forgot all about filing the report with the online service.I would appreciate if all the lies and falseness of report # 215687 please be removed from your data base and if you need to contact me and need me to provide any proof of who I am to you then I am willing to do this for my company and my information is as follows. My cell number is 1-256-502-0167 and my name again is Brian Tate.Thank you for your time and I appologize for the inconvenience this may have caused your site and my 2 companies I do service for. Thanks, -Brian Tate-
