I bought a PCM for my f150 paid 298 dollars .L received the part took most of the day to install it and it didn't work . Truck would not even stay running. So I took it out and called imperial and told them I wanted a refund they said ok just send it back.when I received my refund they had charged me 130 dollars for returning it.
Sent me a faulty product and charged me 130.00 to send it back
