EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

I received a phone call for a credit card with a credit limit of 2500. Judi operator#015, stated that since I had been turned down by other companies, I could re-establish my credit with this card. I was told the card would be 279.00 which would come directly out of my savings account, and I would receive my card in a few weeks.

I received a packet with material in it that did not pertain my credit card. I called and continually asked to speak with a Manager, and I kept getting this same man all the time. I finally asked him what I needed to do to get a refund. He told me to send the material back, along with a letter stating why I was dissatisfied, and they would refund my money.

I mailed everything March 15, 2004. I called him the first week in April he said it woould be deposited on April the 9th,It wasn't. I called back on 04/12/04, the same man answered the phone and said refunds are only done on Fridays, and my money would be deposited 04/16/04, it wasn't. I called 04/19/04, this same man who is answering the phone all the time, stated that I took to long to return the product, so I wouldn't be receiving a refund. I asked to speak to his Manager and he became irrate. I told him I will speak to my Attorney, which I did, the man screamed "just do what you have to do" and hung up on me.
