Shame on me for not digging deaper! We had a key card system put in for our tenant builidng and have had nothing but problems. Readers going out, had a panel go out once that made all the doors inoperable. Service has been nothing but poor. I have called so much that I became a "Complainer," and now they don't take my call or call me back. Our maintenance staff tried to repair some doors themselves but are not trained in the system, however they noticed the wiring done was very poor. It appears they took now pride in their work.
Once again, my mistake with going with the lowest bidder. The equipment even looks cheap considering what we paid.
I tried to file a complaint with the State of Illinois because they told me they were licensed Alarm Contractors. I looked up their license off the site 127.001463 and search on Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and low and behold, their license is listed as INOPERATIVE. When I spoke with the State, since I did not purchase a burglar or fire alarm system, key cards are not covered and I could not file a complaint. I also found out they go by Way 2 Easy as a corporate name. If the name itself was a warning and I did better research in the beginning I wouldn't have this problem. I went off reviews which now I think are people they paid to write good reviews for them.

We have never done business with Chitowncondo, this is clearly a competitor trying to slander our Name. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction and we never stop taking customer calls, if you call us at 3 in the morning we will answer the phone, when you call our Company you will always speak to a live person here in Chicago no matter what day/time. Our State license in not Inoperative it's ACTIVE, please look us up on IDFPR or look at the attached image, license 127.001463. We pride ourselves in offering superior products and the best customer service in the industry. The name Way 2 Easy stands for Security System Purchasing made easy, we take all the stress out of Purchasing a Security System for your home or business.
