After many notices and attempts to get USA to complete the work and correct the deficiencies in the work already installed, we had no other alternative to terminate his contract. USA was paid in full for the work that he had completed. We did not get a lower price to finish his contracted work, we had to hire a new subcontractor to finish his contractual responsibilities at a cost which exceeded the remaining value of his terminated contract. We were also forced to pay a judgment against him imposed by the US Labor Board for failure to pay his employees. If you have any concerns regarding this allegation against Imperial, please contact me, I will be happy to elaborate further.
