Imperial Construction Group has numerous liens against them for not paying Sub-Contractors.They will sign a contract then shop for a better price after the project is started.They will then use any excuse to void a contract and not pay the original Subs.

Imperial did have a contract with USA Construction and that contract unfortunately had to be terminated for default.

After many notices and attempts to get USA to complete the work and correct the deficiencies in the work already installed, we had no other alternative to terminate his contract. USA was paid in full for the work that he had completed. We did not get a lower price to finish his contracted work, we had to hire a new subcontractor to finish his contractual responsibilities at a cost which exceeded the remaining value of his terminated contract. We were also forced to pay a judgment against him imposed by the US Labor Board for failure to pay his employees.
