Not sure what to say got involved with this company and didn't believe the stuff I read on this site. Filing complaints with BBB of Florida companys like this need to be shut down.
Went on the cruise don't know how they can let the boat stay in operation very run down a $1300 dollar voucher for a free cruise wasn't worth $130. Then had to pay for an upgrade and a fuel surcharge.
Worst expirence I ever had on a vacation no one wanted to take responsibillaty for anything always got the runaround from everyone that had anything to do with this company. Hope this keeps someone else from making the same mistake I did.
