Larry Pinson, the owner of Impressive Design was contracted to paint the stamped concrete. The paint came up almost immediately.
In June of 2014 Larry Pinson refinished our stamped concrete. It began to bubble up immediately. He told us it was normal and that he would be back to bring paint to touch it up. He did not. He refused to take our calls and after we offered him $500 to come and at least look at it, he promised he would fix it. This process started in September. We emailed him, texted him and he continued to delay. Last night he said he would not interested in fixing the problem. We have a receipt for $5178.30 plus two $500 checks.
We are retired and 70% of the pool deck is unsightly. He said it would last 7 years. It did not last two months.
He showed us all the glowing reports from the BBB so we trusted him. I think he must be a con artist and he took advantage of two retired people on a fixed income.
I would feel quilty if someone made this same mistake.
