Impressive Lighting Scammer, Bad customer service, no follow-up New York Internet
I was supposed to order from another well known site, Wayfair, the exact same light, but to save a hundred $$, I searched online for the same product and found impressive lighting. This seller is not by any chance impressive!!!
I ordered a light fixture worth $334.34 from them on 2/19/2015. The amount was charged at the bank on the same day. I received an order confirmation email, and since I read online that the lead time for the light manufacturer was 2 weeks, I thought nothing of it.
On the 3rd week, my husband asked the status of the order, and prodded me to call the company. I called the number on their website ((877) 432-1864) but all I got was a voicemail machine. I left a message asking them to call me back. 3 days later, I got no email, no return call.
I called another number which was reflected on the bank statement (347-8711849), this time a different voicemail machine replied. Again, I inquired for the status of my order, but got no email, no return call, no nothing!!
At this time, my husband said, this guy is a crook! Who does busines like that??! He asked if I verified the validity of the site, which I did not. I've had multiple orders from different sites, and have not encountered anything like this. When I googled "impressive lighting scam" that was when I saw the complaints on your site.
I am still hoping against hope that somehow the light I order would find its way to me. My husband has lost all hope! If anyone could provide advice on how I can get my money back, and stop this crook from scamming other people, I need help!
