In Touch Marketing Inc. Ripoff business from hell Filed Chapter 11 and at it Again!! Tampa Florida
In Touch Marketing Inc. called and promised a great deal on a computer with the added cost of using a particular IPS for a certain time. I foolishly agreed to the offer, gave my account # and the money was gone. Time passed and no contact, so I called and then they sent the brochure to pick out what I wanted, which I did and sent it back. More time passed and finally called again, and then just got the run around for months.
The employees would lie and say my order had been sent and it should be there, and they would send it again. I called the better business bureau in VT and talked to some folks who deal with this, they contacted In Touch Marketing and within about a month of that received the Chapter 11 notice.
So I filled a proof of claim, and just recently received another letter from the court saying that they have accepted In Touch Marketing's reorganization plan and that they owe me and many others nothing. What justice is that! Greedy, dishonest people protected by lawyers both getting the money that was taken from good hardworking people. What did they do to deserve that money that came so easy to them, NOTHING!!
And now they have the court saying it is OK to go and do it again, probably under a new name though, so beware all you unsuspecting people. There are predators out there that use the phone to rob you of little or lots, just hang up on them, I wish I had!!
