Just received an e-mail from Incentiverewards.com. Hopefully it is the last and I receive everything quickly and as promised "Dear Valued Customer: Thank you for your participation in our promotions. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to fulfill your gift through our regular sources. We are sending you a check for the value of the gift you registered for. Please use the check to purchase the product you are due. Please do not reply to this email as the account this is sent from is not monitored for incoming mail and you will not receive a reply. Please use the contact form provided at our website. Thank You, Support"

I got another Voicemail from Summer yesterday in response to a voicemail I left to follow-up on my account. On 3/14 she left me a message saying that I would get my iPod in 2-3 weeks. I called yesterday to check because Monday is 3 weeks from 3/14. I did something new though. I conferenced in my voicemail and played Summer's original message. It didn't play the date though. Summer called me back within about an hour and left another message saying that she transfered the request to fullfilment on 3/18. That means that today is only 2 weeks. She let me know that everything was moving forward and that I should have my iPod by week three. My bestfriend also got a call last week from Incentiverewardcenter.com saying that they were out of Ipods and he would be getting a check to buy one. I will keep updating this until I get my iPod. Something that I found that worked was playing their own words back to them. Hope it helps someone else.

I got another message from Summer on 3/14 saying that my final offered had been fulfilled and that she would forward my paperwork to Fulfillment. She said that I should receive my Ipod in 2-3 Weeks. Monday is 3 weeks. Hopefully, I will get it or hear something by then. I also heard from my best friend that he is supposed to get a check next week because they are out of Ipods right now. I can't remember the exact amount, but it was more than enough to cover the cost of the new Ipod. Has anyone else heard something similar lately?

I just got a voicemail from Summer. It kills me because I was on the other line and couldn't switch over to get it too. Anyway, I got a message from Summer asking me to fax my verification to her attention at 561.997.1192. I will keep everyone updated as this progresses.

Hi Gregg, yes, I agree - customer service is not good - never returned calls, but did e-mail once. I received a check instead of the gift (NintendoDS game) - 149.99 USD - just as much I need to buy the game myself. I completed my requirement and mailed my voucher in the first week of January - received the check second week of March - 8-9 weeks. Not 2-3 but what is important is that I got it. I hope you too. But, man, you have to be more patient! These guys work for very small wages themselves probably. Nothing comes "really" for free so, this is what you have to pay :) I hope all is fine with you and you will receive your gift. Really do. Best regards,
