I signed up for the IncentiveRewardCenter's free 40gb iPod offer a month ago or so and have since completed all six of the required offers. Four of my six offers have appeared on my status screen but two offers will not appear. The companies who receive teh benefits of their advertising, specifically MyInks.com, says that they don't report to IncentiveRewardCenter and that simply sending them my order number should suffice. I've subitted 2 messages on IncentiveRewardCenter with no reply.

I am not sure if this is a scam or simply a poorly-run business but I'm hoping that they'll notice my complaint on this site since they don't notice my messages directly to them. Also, I will be contacting the FL Division of Consumer Services and the NC Atty. Gen. office concerning this issue if I do not hear from them soon. I WILL post updates here as they come.

To File or Not to File? .. follow through on filing a complaint with the North Carolina Dept of Justice, Consumer Protection Division

Hi Christopher, How great that you've taken action by calling eMarket Research Group (Niu Tech LLC) - hopefully you, and others just now researching this company, will still follow through on filing a complaint with the North Carolina Dept of Justice, Consumer Protection Division. As their website suggests: "Consumers can file a complaint with our office and we will work to resolve the situation. In cases where there is a pattern of illegal business practices, the Consumer Protection Division may take legal action to enforce the law on behalf of the public. The office cannot, however, represent individuals in their private legal disputes." taken from: http://www.ncdoj.com/consumerprotection/cp_about.jsp In other words, the more often formal complaints are filed with the NC Attorney General, the more they are made aware of Niu Tech's shady and scammy business practices, and the more other consumers can be alerted and protected. feel free to check out my previous post here for more contact information: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff120246.htm Good luck!

moments after leaving a voicemail for Eddie today I received an email that states my iPod is on the way in 5-6 weeks. We'll see! I've got my fingers crossed and will keep this site updated. If I had to vote now, I'd say that this is a relatively straight forward business with staffing problems. Phone is the way to go with these guys; although they won't answer they do check their messages and respond in a timely fasion. The contact form on their web site appears to send your message into a black hole...

I left a voicemail shortly after filing my report and the "elusive" Eddie returned my call and asked for proof of my purchases to be faxed to 561-981-5269. Now I'm awaiting confirmation that my faxes were received. I will keep this post up to date
