Hi Christopher, How great that you've taken action by calling eMarket Research Group (Niu Tech LLC) - hopefully you, and others just now researching this company, will still follow through on filing a complaint with the North Carolina Dept of Justice, Consumer Protection Division. As their website suggests: "Consumers can file a complaint with our office and we will work to resolve the situation. In cases where there is a pattern of illegal business practices, the Consumer Protection Division may take legal action to enforce the law on behalf of the public. The office cannot, however, represent individuals in their private legal disputes." taken from: http://www.ncdoj.com/consumerprotection/cp_about.jsp In other words, the more often formal complaints are filed with the NC Attorney General, the more they are made aware of Niu Tech's shady and scammy business practices, and the more other consumers can be alerted and protected. feel free to check out my previous post here for more contact information: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff120246.htm Good luck!

moments after leaving a voicemail for Eddie today I received an email that states my iPod is on the way in 5-6 weeks. We'll see! I've got my fingers crossed and will keep this site updated. If I had to vote now, I'd say that this is a relatively straight forward business with staffing problems. Phone is the way to go with these guys; although they won't answer they do check their messages and respond in a timely fasion. The contact form on their web site appears to send your message into a black hole...

I left a voicemail shortly after filing my report and the "elusive" Eddie returned my call and asked for proof of my purchases to be faxed to 561-981-5269. Now I'm awaiting confirmation that my faxes were received. I will keep this post up to date
