August 2007-I found them on-line and purchased a Cannon Copier C2050. From the day of delivery the copier did not work properly. I had to pay for a technician to hook it up which was a seperate cost. Thomas, Rocky and their technician David Jimenez tried and tried to fix it and could not. When I requested my money back they refused nor would they accept any calls and when they did answer they would hang up.
Nov 2007-Judgment entered in Small Claims in the amount of $3362.00 plus $140.00 court costs the defendants no showed. Still waiting payment. Working on collecting.
After some research I found they don't have a show room, their Better Business Rating is an F, they don't have 24 hour response or trained technicians. All their refferals have had issues as well and they've been sued several times.
May 27,2008-The BBB is claiming returned mail, disconnected phone numbers and that the bussiness appears to be Out of Business. I drove by and they have changed the outside appearance to look like they have changed owners. I called 562-692-8646 and spoke with Bob, asked for Rocky he said he would be back in five minutes he was just next door. I asked if they were still located at 11415 Washington and he said yes.
I went to LA Supieror Ct and viewed several case files and in them was Mail Returned claiming these guys are no longer at that business address. This is falsified information to the courts.
These guys are still operating out of the same location and scamming the public.
