Indiewire and its editorial staff including , Dana Harris, James Israel, Anne Thompson, Eric Kohn, Nigel M. Smith, have been  responsible for a cover-up of Sundances Fraudulent Film Submission process,  a 'rip off' processs made aware to the public from a court case, that revealed the Sundance was stealing over 500,000.00 a year for over 25 years from filmmakers submission fees.

Danna Harris, James Israel, Anne Thompson, Eric Kohn, and Nigel M. Smith in fact were all aware, and notified about the lawsuit, court case, yet refused to report this to the 10's of thousands of filmmakers who read and subscribe to their independent film news web-site.

This official report exsposes each one for incompetent journalism, and more... a blatant "cover-up" of this news because of the advertising that they recieve from Sundance Institute.

You have been "exsposed".

Sundance Film Festival 2016 is and has been responsible for stealing millions of dollars for over 25 years from filmmakers from across the world for 'submission fees'.

Independent filmmaker Daryll Abbinatte sued Sundance in 2011 for fraud and the court case was settled; Sundance did not have to prove it watched even 30 seconds of the 12, 000 film submissions that arrive in the mail each year.

For many years now, Sundance has bragged about the facts, statistics of this 12,000 submission Guinesis World Record, all the whlle they have been stealing over 500,000.00 in fees each year, money that is used to support their excessive parties, champagne and entertainment to the maases who attend, those who still believe that Robert Redford's vision is true to their ethics which it is not.

Sundance is fraudulent and all evidence supports this, as every film selected each year is in fact pre-selected a year in advance.

The court case revealed John Cooper's "twitter acount" rvealing that himself and all the head programmers in fact are traveling exstensively throughout the year, attending other film festivals looking for films.

The court case also revealed a youtube video and interview where each of the 6 head programmers were asked if they did in fact watch the films, and each program director  answered yes,... then no, ...then not "exactly us".

There is even evidence of a "cover-up" from the press regariding any mention of this lawsuit from film news sources such as indiewire, and Filmmaker Magazine.

These news sources receive substantial ammounts for money for advertsing from Sundance and have kept this information about the fraud and court case away from the public, and most importantly the 12,000 filmmakers each year that are blantatly "Ripped Off".
