krista taylor kyle lied to me about everything, and they go agaist the collection laws, car has had nothing but problems lansing Michigan
To who it may concern,
I bought my car on dec, 4 2016, and 3 days later it broke down on the side of the road with me and my 2 kids. rpm did not want to help have it towed, i was told that they are not a tow service. so i had to find a way to get it off thhey side of the road. after spending all my money on the downpayment because kyle lied to me and told me all i would need was $300.00 and my car for the downpayment. there was a bad winter storm so not tow company would go get it, my car got impounded i had to go get it out of impound and for $280.00, and on the way to bring it to them to have it fixed it broke down agian.... the belt came off and it statred over heating. i also had to have a diffent shop fix the repair that their shop did to my power steering. i have expressed my concerns several times to rhonda and all i get told that is not her dept. and she wants her money. she has no people skills and she keeps disclosing 3rd party imformation to my references.... that is against the collection laws that have been put in place. I feel that they do not care about their customers they just care about the all the money they can get. I just want a good working car like i ahve told them from the beiging I am tired of beging lied to about the car and everything else they do. like why did i have to pay for new plate rahter than transfer my handicapped plate ? they are just want to steal peoples money...
