Indy Air Care Failed to perform service- Indianapolis, Indiana
Indy Air Care is a disgrace. 2 years ago we purchased a cleaning. It was supposed to be $49.99. It ended up being almost $500. We purchased a warrranty so they would come out the next year and performa multitude of service. The next year when I tried to get service it took scheduling 3 times before someone actually showed up. Mid you everytime they failed to come NO ONE from the company called me to let me know there was an emergency or a cancellation. Every time i had to call them to find out no one was coming. Finally when someone showed up they told us our ducts were still very clean and that they would extend our warranty to the next year. Fast forward to this year. I call to schedule my appt and i am told that they have no documentation to this and can not honor my warranty. Of course I am furious and demand to speak with a manager. I am told on 2 separate occasions that a manager will call me back...of course they didnt. I call a 3rd time and get a manager by accident. I explain what is going on and he states he has no idea why his office girls would tell me that, but that he will have Betty call me to schedule and she does. I schedule an appt. You would think everything was going to work out ...of course not. No one shows for that appt and now as I am writing this I am currently trying to see where the tech is at for my rescheduled day. Now I call and the same woman, Betty, that scheduled this call staes she doesnt have me on the schedule. I am currently waiting for her boss to call me. If you want timely service from a knowledgable staff..DO NOT CALL INDY AIR CARE!!!.
