Infinity Appliance Repair company promise but never deliver service/ dishonest no integrity Houston Internet
First the contractor Infinity Appliance Repair lied to us when they confirm with us an appointment for Friday from 11:00am to 5:00pm by not showing up or calling which was very unprofessional from them to handle the business, it was very inconvenient for me and my family to be locked in all day Friday from 11-8pm and the contractor didn't bother even to call. On Friday and by the end of the day I called First American Home warranty and talked to Mr. Elmer and explained to him what happened with us and he tried to call the contractor on both of their phone numbers but they never answer him either and he left them messages and he told me he is going to report all that and he is going to email the contractor again and that I should hear back from them soon with an appointment because they are working on Saturday too. On Saturday the contractor didn't call of show up again ...I was left with no choice other than hiring my own contractor to come and fix our washer and I paid him $100 cash . This contractor not to be trusted and I don't know why first american home warranty still dealing with them.
