Information Technology & Data Solutions ITDS ripoff marks up prices beyond retail, does not back up their service guarantees and cost my company a fortune. Kissimmee Florida
ITDS marks up prices beyond retail, does not back up their service guarantees and cost my company a fortune. They upcharge their products beyond retail.
We had hired them for service to our network. We had been using them on a regular basis, but once we got hit by lightning, we found out how bad they had been screwing us.
We supposedly had our data backed up to tape so when the server blew it should have been no problem to restore it, wrong. Our back up had failed every single time we were backed up and their techs never caught it. So we had to call a data recovery service and ended up costing us close to $30,000 for recovering the information on the drives.
Then came the equipment; ITDS wanted to replace the equipment that was blown and quoted us a price. I went online to the vendor and found that they were charging us more than retail. ITDS fully knew of the desperate situation we were in and tried to take advantge of it. Beware if you are in the central florida area think twice before using this company.
