Just before the Holidays I was swayed to purchase a 12-pack of Sam Adams Winter Lager over another brand due to the in-store rebate display offering $5 rebate on the beer. I could have chosen another brand, but decided to go through the meticulous process of submitting a rebate claim. I just received an email from INMAR REBATE CENTER plainly stating that the claim was rejected because the beer didn't meet the qualified price. No other details available in the email or through their website portal. I can attest that this is 100% unequivacably false. I met every stipulation including submitting proof of purchase, itemized receipt, cost of the beer, etc. This is very sad and I will not trust any rebate offers from this company ever again.
I will also write to Samuel Adams Brewing to express my displeasure with this process. I hope they revoke their business from INMAR REBATE CENTER as they appear to be ripoff artists.
