Biggest warning signs while I worked here:

Company is a multi-level marketing company, an offshoot of Smart Circle. Do your research ladies and gentleman, many similarities with a pyramid scheme.

I did not receive promised bonuses

I did not receive several paychecks.

Mandatory unpaid 1.5 hours taken out of every day

I had several people confront me while I was in the store selling, offering me other jobs because they had been with the same company I was with and they had quit for many of the same reasons I eventually quit.

Terrible organization- I did not know which store I was going to be selling in until the morning of.

Brainwashing- Every morning, we were fed propaganda from headquarters about how "Everyone can become a manager! It's so easy!" Anyone with half a brain won't buy into that BS.

HUUUUGE turnover rate (over 90%). People quit this job every single week. That is not an exaggeration. If you are in the company over a month, you are a veteran.



Anyone could honestly report this company to BBB and easily get them taken down.

I quit this job, and have made more money working my new job in 2 weeks than I made in over a month at this company. And no, its not cause I sucked at sales. I was consistently selling (way more than the majority of the salesman), I just wasn't getting paid.

Debated even dignifying this with a response, but I suppose I should. 1. This is not a pyramid or multi-level marketing company. All Employee receive a guaranteed weekly compensation and do not make money based on referrals or employees underneath them. 2. By law as an employer we are REQUIRED to give all employees an hour lunch break if they work an 8 hour day 3. If you feel you were not paid properly for you time or missing a check please contact our human resource team at [email protected]. Your check is most likely here at the office and was not sent out because we were unable to confirm your current address 4. If you're not getting offered a job 2 times a week then your not representing our clients brands properly. We strive to teach our employees to better then everyone they come in contact and be the best employee in the retail store. The reason our employees are offered other positions is because we hired nothing but the best 5. Our training is great - which is why our AVERAGE team member makes over $30,000 in an entry-level position - plus bonuses. Those who USE the training we provide, study, and work hard make MORE. Those who show up right on time, don't bother to learn, and try to reinvent the wheel earn less. Everyone loves the concept of merit-based, until their merits don't get them what they want. We will continue to look for high-performers who are willing to work hard, study, and make the most of the opportunity we offer. We are glad to hear that your current position is more suitable for you and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
