Innovative Investment Advisors Investment Company Gone Bad - Stole Our Savings Herndon, Virginia
Gregory Vincent Cronin "owns" Innovative Investment Advisor's, an asset management company in Northern Virginia; offices in Dulles, Herndon, and Leesburg.
He has been operating without a broker's license since June of 2009, but has not contacted any of his customers.
He is currently under investigation with the state of Virginia, and Federally on the charge of mail fraud (he sent out fraudulent statements).
We have every reason to believe he has stolen or lost our investment savings that we had placed with him, and know of at least 9 other victims at this point.
He has lawyered up; will not answer our repeated phone calls or e-mails, and have only gotten written correspondence from his lawyer saying that there is reason to believe that our "investments have been seriously compromised."
We are looking to gather as many victims as possible to gain collective legal advice and issues a judgment against Gregory and his assets to recoup whatever is left of our investments.
