Innovative Security - E.Spears - Unlimited Security - Kenny Jackson - Jeffrey Jackson This company was orederd by D.C.Wage and Hour Board to pay overtime and unpaid regualr time wages owed to me and other Security Guards. The Owners have ignored the District Government, The Office of the Mayor and the Chief of Police, which regulates security companies. The Company is managed by Jeffrey Jackson, who iwas serving five years probation for misusing bankruptcy funds from a prior co. Washington D.C. District of Columbia
Innovative Security,E.Spears and Unlimited Security Comapnies owe Hundreds of Ex- Employees Tens of Thousands of Dollars in Back Pay and They should be banded form getting a Security or Business License in nay of the 50 Sates.
Operated by Jeffrey and Kenny Jackson, former business partners of Former Heavy Weight Boxing Champion Riddick Big Daddy Bowe, Innovative Security Inc of 18181 New York Ave NE Washington D.C. is under investigation for reusing the City's orders to pay former Security Guards back wages owed.
One of the owners Jeffrey Jackson, is serving five years probation for misusing bakruptcy funds, which should have gone to former employees
of the bakrupt company, and instead was used for personal use and business ventures by Jeffrey Jackson inclusding luxury trips to porfessional fights, while their the families of former employees struggled to survive.

Also we appeal to the public to call the Office of Mayor Adrian fenty and ask him to support a full investigation of Innovative Security, the Jackson brothers and they're history of not people their employees.
Federal Investigation into how Kenny Jackson was allowed to hire security guards under E. Spears and Associates( a security company which did not exist) and allow security guards to continue to work usintg unlimited security uniforms and licenses.
Also many of Innovative Securities Guns serial numbers provided to the District Government are missing and unaccounted for.( Federal Investigation is required.
KennyJackson onces stated in an Officers meeting, He has inside conntacts in the Office which"regulates security officers". Only a outside Federal investigation by The US Attorney or the FBI could brinng these facts to light.
Groups of Ex Security Guards owed money by Innovative Security are considering hiring a law firm to force Innovative Security owners and operators to pay required and court ordered back wages or face suspenion of all business and security licenses held by:
