My wife and I bought a Motorola Razr V3 and I got a Palm One Treo 650 in conjunction with subscribing to new plans with Cingular by the online company A1 Wireless(I beleive from New Jersey). I was to get $200 and she was to get $200 as well for a total of $400 in rebates. I patiently waited the 6 months required to submit the rebate forms w/UPC codes, receipts, bills, forms, etc., in separate envelopes as required.

The tracking website could not find my rebate submissions at all. After finally finding some contact info thru internet searches I was then told I had to resubmit all documents to an Arizona address as they had not received the original paperwork. I mailed the froms all over again.

After some more time passed (2-4 weeks)I also faxed the same rebate documents to the company.It's going on about two and a half months now and I finally received an email that one of the rebates was being processed but that the other part of the rebate was invalid due to not having a receipt or UPC code or a rebate form filled out completely.

I faxed the documents that they supposedly did not have. Each time I received an email stating one ofthe rebates was invalid due to some missing or incompleted information or forms or UPC codes. Three separate times I have now faxed what they are supposedly missing!!!! What more can I do?? How can they be forced to abide by the rebates entitled to consumers??? Help please!!!
